  • Circle K International Community Service Awareness Week - the first full week of November is set aside to encourage all Circle K clubs to participate in activities that support the Circle K International service initiative - focusing on the future:Children
  • Circle K International Service Day - the last day(Saturday) of the full week

  • Kiwanis Exceptional Childrens' Christmas Party,
  • Bell ringing
  • PR committee to schedule bill board for Pancakes
  • December 1 dues become past due

  • Key Club Scholarships for Aynor, Loris, Carolina Forest HS, and Coastal Carolina University Circle K applications are distributed
  • Paige McDowell Scholarship, Conway High School Key Club  - applications distributed

  • Scholarship applications due for all Key Club and Circle K groups
  • Key Club District Convention (3rd week)
  • Club Officer training - each sponsoring Kiwanis Club is responsible for conducting a day of training for newly elected Circle K Club members

  • Submit names for Delegations for the International Convention
  • Club elections by 2nd week of May
  • Annual Meeting and Goldfinch Foundation Meeting
  • Kiwanis One day - retrieve International Scholarship applications from clubs international webpage
  • Club Officers take office  - Circle K
May
  • Submit club elections prior to June 1
  • Prayer Breakfast
  • Incoming President receives Club Officer Packet
  • International Scholarship application is due May 1 to district administrator
  • Circle k and Key Club Delegates to International Convention - each club is entitled to send two voting delegates to their international convention - must be elected by members of the club and the name submitted to the International office
